- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
- Order cancellations are only allowed until we ship the package.
- Customized orders take extra time to process.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary by location:
- Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Non-Metro Locations: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 6–10 business days
Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping rate applies to all orders and is calculated at checkout.
- For International Orders, shipping charges will vary depending on the destination country, package weight, and courier partner rates.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at the time of delivery by the local authorities.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking link
- Your AWB (tracking) number
- Courier partner details
You can track your order anytime using the provided link.
5. Packaging & Protection
Every product is packed securely with:
- Bubble wrap
- Protective layers
- Tamper-proof packaging
So your crystals arrive safe, cleansed, and energetically protected.
6. Address Details
Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact number are correct at checkout.
Incorrect details may cause:
- Delays
- Failed deliveries
- Return-to-origin (RTO) shipments
Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to incorrect address information.
7. Delivery Attempts
The courier will make two delivery attempts.
If the order is not received or refused, it may be returned to us.
Re-delivery can be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package looks tampered, opened, or damaged, please:
- Do not accept the delivery
- Take clear photos/videos
- Contact us immediately
