At Vedaantika Universe, all products are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement as per the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
- The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement
- Clear photos or an unboxing video must be shared as proof
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, invoice, and certificates must be intact

- Incorrect product delivered

Natural Crystal Disclaimer
Our crystals and gemstones are naturally sourced from the earth and are not factory-made. Each piece is unique and may display natural variations in color, texture, shape, inclusions, or surface markings. These characteristics are signs of authenticity and not defects.
Such natural variations are inherent in genuine crystals and gemstones and therefore do not qualify for replacement, return, or exchange.
All crystals, quartz, stones, and rudraksha beads may have natural lines, cracks, minor imperfections, or blemishes that cannot be removed. These occur naturally and should not be considered defects.
Product photos are taken in a studio environment and are for reference purposes only. Exact color or texture may vary.
For bracelets, the bead count may vary depending on size, and the bead sequence may differ from images shown on the website.
Orgone products such as pyramids are shipped without certificates.
Crystals are fragile and should be handled with care.
Bracelet Size Policy
When ordering bracelets, please ensure that you select the correct size. We do not offer refund, return, or exchange due to sizing issues.
Resizing service is available only for bracelets. Customers must visit our warehouse with the original bill for resizing. Please contact us in advance to discuss details before visiting.
Replacement Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp
- Share your order details along with required photos or video proof
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
- If approved, replacement will be processed
- Your replacement will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item
