1. No Refund Policy

Gemstones, crystals, bracelets, energized, or customized products are not returnable or refundable. Spiritual / energized products, once dispatched, cannot be cancelled.

2. Replacement Eligibility

• If you received a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect product and request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
• Clear photos or an unboxing video are shared as proof
• The product is unused and in its original condition

To get a replacement approved, the following conditions must be met:

• The product seal must not be broken
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered

Required Proof

Please share 3–4 clear images showing:

• Outer Packaging
• Product Seal
• The Product
• Shipping Label

These help us verify that the product was unused and that the seal was intact.

4. Non-Returnable Products

To ensure hygiene, safety, and product quality for all customers, products once opened or used cannot be returned or replaced. This includes:

• Products with broken, opened, or tampered seals
• Products showing signs of use, damage, breakage, or alteration

Customers are requested to carefully inspect products at the time of delivery, as such product are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Natural Crystal Disclaimer

Our crystals and gemstones are naturally sourced from the earth, not manufactured in factories. As a result, each piece is unique and may display natural variations in colour, texture, shape, inclusions, or surface markings. These natural characteristics are a sign of authenticity and individuality, not defects.

Such natural variations are inherent to genuine crystals and gemstones and therefore do not qualify for replacement, return, or exchange.

All crystals, quartz, stones, and rudraksha beads have some lines, cracks, minor imperfections, or blemishes that cannot be removed. These occur naturally and are part of the product. They should not be considered defects.

Photos are shot in a studio environment and should be considered for reference only. We do not guarantee the exact color or texture as each crystal is unique.

In case of bracelets, the bead count will vary depending on the size. The bead sequence can also be different than the photo shown on the website.

6. Bracelet Size Policy

As Required:
When ordering bracelets, ensure you choose the correct size as we cannot refund, return, or exchange due to sizing issues.
Resizing service is applicable only for bracelets. For resizing, customers must visit our warehouse with the original bill. Please ensure you contact us and discuss the bracelet details over the phone before visiting the warehouse

7. Replacement Process

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
• Share your order details along with the required photos/video.
• Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
• If approved, we will process the replacement.
• Your replacement will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Important Notes

• No refunds are offered.
• Replacement depends on stock availability.
• If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value.
• Requests made after the same day of delivery may not be accepted.
